1. Must be pursuing a degree or certificate in CNC Machining, Mechatronics, or Welding
2. Applicant must complete the financial aid process through the RVC financial aid office.
3. Applicant must have a high school (new students) or cumulative (returning students) GPA of 3.0 or greater.
