NEW STUDENTS – Awarded to an applicant who is a first time student. May be enrolled in developmental classes. Applicant must have a 2.0 GPA Applicant must demonstrate financial need by completing the financial aid process through the Rock Valley College Financial Aid Office, or by other means made available to the RVC Foundation staff.
