First generation and / or first-time adult learners (age 23 or older) are encouraged to apply. Applicant must demonstrate financial need by completing the financial aid process through the Rock Valley College Financial Aid Office, or through other means made available to the RVC Foundation staff. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 and may be a new or returning students. Business Related Field – Awarded to an applicant who is studying a business-related field, such as business administration, accounting, marketing, entrepreneurship, etc.
