Willie Ellis Annual Scholarship

Preference is given to a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church. Second preference is given to a Rockford Promise Scholar. Applicant must have a 2.25 GPA and be registered for a minimum of 9 credit hours. Donor wishes to fully fund a student’s academic year. African American, Hispanic, and female students are encouraged to apply.
