Willie Ellis Annual Scholarship

Student of Color – Awarded to an applicant who is an African American student first, followed by Hispanic student, then a female student. Preference is given to a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church. Second preference is given to an African American Rockford Promise Scholar. Applicant must have a 2.25 GPA and be registered for a minimum of 9 credit hours. Donor wishes to fully fund a student’s academic year.
