Heins "Second Chance" Scholarship

Career Advancement – Single parent residing in the College’s district; earned a High School diploma or GED only, wishing to advance in the workforce. Student who once dropped out of college is acceptable. Leadership potential. New or returning, registered for at least 6 credit hours. GPA not required for fall, but must have 2.0 during fall for spring portion of the award. Minimum age is 24, but prefer adults 30 years of age or older. Must be earning a transfer or career degree. Not certificates. Any program is acceptable.
