Disability – Applicant must have a documented disability on file with RVC Disability Support Services. Preference is given to an applicant in RAISE phase #2 – The Comprehensive Transition and Post-secondary (CTP) Program. If no CTP applicants are identified, funds may be awarded to a RAISE phase #1 student.
