Herbert J. Boetcher Memorial Scholarship

Financial Need – Awarded to an applicant who completes the RVC Financial Aid process. Preference given to December graduates with a 3.25 or higher GPA who are starting at a 4-year institution in January. Completing the financial aid process at RVC is mandatory.
