Leonard J. Cartier Memorial Scholarship

Economics – Awarded to a continuing, full-time student who has completed a 3 credit hour economics class and is enrolled in a second economics course. Requires a written recommendation from an economics professor. Preference given to a student with demonstrated academic ability and financial need. Completing the financial aid process at RVC is mandatory.
