Crusader Community Health provides comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral care. This includes specialized care for chronic diseases such as diabetes, congestive heart failure, hypertension, chronic lung disease, obesity, asthma and HIV.

All physicians at Crusader are American trained and board-certified or board-eligible in their primary care specialties. This allows Crusader to provide first-rate professional services in a caring, patient-focused and respectful setting.

Crusader is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Each year, almost 60,000 individuals receive top-quality medical, dental and behavioral health services. Many of these individuals might otherwise have little or no access to any healthcare. Community residents from all walks of life choose Crusader as their partner in healthcare services.
