Having Trouble Accessing Your Account?
If you are having issues with your RVC email address, go to the RVC website myRVC page, click the RVC Student Email Link and follow the instructions. If your student email is not yet set up, visit the Information Desk on the first floor of the Student Center to verify your RVC ID with Rock Valley College and create your student email account.
If you do not remember your RVC network password, go to the RVC website myRVC page and under "Students’, click the link for “Manage Your Password”.
If your student email is set up and working properly, and your network password is correct, then contact Linda Buerger at (815) 921-4506 or email her to troubleshoot the issue within the RVC Foundation Scholarship system.

I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and have not received your invitation email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find your invitation email, reset your password to log in. Password recovery is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). See Blackbaud ID for password reset instructions.
If you are signing in with SSO as a Reference, Reviewer, or Donor, go to the Admin and Applicant tab to log in.
I cannot remember my password: Password reset is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). If you have forgotten your password, visit Blackbaud ID, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address.
